You can always be sure to find something going on in Portage la Prairie, whether it be a show at the Craig Media Gallery in the Portage & District Arts Centre, or a performance at the William Glesby Centre.
On the evenings of September 23, 24, and 25, The Fort la Reine Museum in collaboration with A & E Entertainment present "Mystery at the Museum - Legend of a Ghost Town". This will be a live theatrical mystery tour that you can participate in as a group while a mystery unfolds on the museum grounds.
The ghost town mystery has a historical theme, based around the actual town of "Bloom" which was located very near Portage la Prairie.
This event promises to be entertaining, mysterious, a little spooky, and a whole lot of fun with some very talented local actors, musicians and individuals involved and will occur in the evening, and into the twilight
